Exceptional Regulation on One-Day Medical Reports
In the case of a one-day medical report, the corresponding class hours will be deducted from the student’s allowable absenteeism hours.
However, if the medical report covers a day on which a graded task or assessment is scheduled, the hours will not be deducted from the student’s absenteeism allowance. In such cases, the student will be provided with a make-up opportunity for the graded task as usual.
